Ellie is from bath, and began performing when she was 7. She made her professional debut in 2013 in “A Little Hotel on the Side”, where she performed alongside Hannah Waddingam, Richard Wilson and Les Dennis. She trained at Emil Dale Academy in their one year intensive course in Musical Theatre, before starting the Degree Musical Theatre course at Performance Preparation Academy, where she is currently in her final year. Since training at PPA, Ellie has performed on the Move It Main Stage twice, performed in two professional pantomimes, and played roles such as the Emcee in “Cabaret”, Joly in “Les Miserables” and Ruth in “The Pirates of Penzance”. She also has been dance captain, choreographer and assistant director in several projects.
For her first third year musical she was dance captain and frieda in “Carrie”, and she is currently in rehearsals for “Into The Woods”, where she will be playing Little Red Ridinghood.
Ellie is absolutely thrilled to be teaching drama at Fearless Saturday School. She attended a similar school for several years growing up and it used to be the highlight of her week, and she hopes to create the same brilliant memories for the students she teaches!
